Readers' Questions
Do you have any type of radioactive gas suited for use in the Leyden Jars that I have built to replace the power supply caps in both my Dim Echo preamp and my Vattaxion tape recorder? I play mostly New Age tapes so the gas must be under no pressure whatsoever.
And, finally, are you by chance the Pickering who manufactured the Pickering Vari-Flux'd-up cartridge and the Cotton Pickering arm? If so, perhaps you can help. My turntable, the name of which I will omit so as to make this more typical of customer queries, will not turn; does it need a good belt or should mechanical agitation be avoided?
